Thank the Members of the House Judiciary Who Voted in Favor of Stringent Water Quality Standards
During a meeting of the House Judiciary Committee, members had the opportunity to adopt an amendment by Del. Chad Lovejoy to remove updates to water quality standards that would make the state’s current standards less stringent. Sadly, the failed on a 16-8 vote.
