The US House will soon consider the Great American Outdoors Act, a strong bipartisan bill which fully funds the Land and Water Conservation Fund.
The Great American Outdoors Act would ensure LWCF receives full program funding each year without going through a drawn-out appropriations process which often leaves it underfunded.
Additionally, the Great American Outdoors Act would provide $9.5 billion over the next 5 years to address the maintenance backlog plaguing our nation’s public lands.
Act Now: Tell your Representative you support the Great American Outdoors Act. Encourage them to vote "yes" on the Act when it goes before the House.
